Having completed secondary and university education in tourism and hospitality management, Konukoğlu has held executive and operational roles across luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, holiday resorts, and international chains. Having visited 18 European and 8 African nations, he evaluated diverse business cultures, service benchmarks, and governance models directly on site. He has also directed operations at establishments complying with IFS, BRCGS, and FSSC 22000 international food safety systems.
